About Us

The "us" in the retrogamerjapan.com About Us is me, David Parker.  I live in Japan and collect classic game stuff.  I'm old enough to have played Pong on a Christmas morning long ago with my brothers, then later came Colecovision, then NES, and on it went.  So collecting retro game gear is a fun trip back to my childhood.  And now I enjoy playing the old games with my kids.  I just don't tell them the games are old!  We have fun with Mario, Lode Runner, RPGs, and a ton of others.
